@TheHoopCentral Hmmm. Likely an achilles tear/rupture, seeing the jiggle at the calf. This happens when the achilles causes instability to the gastrocnemius, as it connects to the heel via this tendon. Would need to do a Thompson test to determine rupture vs tear.
