My husband dropped dead on September 29, 2021 in the middle of his nursing shift at a major hospital from the booster shot.

He got the shot 20 days prior. Two weeks before that, he had a full physical and heart workup and everything looked fine, barring the slight high BP he got after the first set of shots. But at that point, medication for it was optional.

He did not plan to get any more but they wheeled a 'vaccine cart' through their unit - night shift - pressuring the staff to get any and every vaccine, including hepititis, shingles, flu, covid, and hpv. He opted only for the booster. He felt ill for the first couple of days and slept a lot. (They come with the cart on the last night of a rotation so the people who take the shots can rest before coming back to work.)

He then began complaining of feeling "strange" and needing naps for the first time in his life (including childhood) but he would not take them if I was not in there with him. He became more clingy and kept saying, "I just can't get a leg up after that shot! It kicked my ass! I just feel strange!" I asked him several times he he wanted to go to urgent care or ER. He said, "There is really nothing to tell. I feel strange?" He knows the system.

The night he passed, when he was leaving for work, he said, "Can you go to 'your' healthfood store and see if you can find a testosterones booster or something? That shot just kicked my ass!" I asked if he wanted to call in and we could go to ER but he said, "When I get in and get my patient load and drink my coffee I will have a little more energy. Three hours later, he was dead - and this is after driving 25 minutes around the bay to work so thank God it didn't happen then.

I found out afterwards that we lost a cardiologist who refused for the first year or two but gave in to take his wife on a cruise. (He and his buddy, a pulmonary specialist both refused, then gave in for the cruise.) The cardiologist and his wife got the vaccine a few days before the cruise and he died in his sleep the second night of the cruise. They had resisted the shots because he and his buddy saw a huge rise in patients dropping dead as well as heart problems in general.

We also lost a 34 year old nurse who felt ill after getting it, was observed for four hours, then sent home. She died in her sleep the next night. I have since found out that we have had many, many deaths from medical personnel here since the vaccines, and I have met many other widows and widowers whose spouses died from vaccine induced sudden death or illnesses. I have also met parents whose kids died from the vaccine. And kids who now are type 1 diabetics after getting the shot.

Some say Fauci was pre-pardoned and can't be charged. First of all, pre-pardoning should NOT be a thing. And auto-pen pardons should not be legal.

There is a documented phenomenon in
CPTSD research called "betrayal trauma theory," developed by psychologist Jennifer Freyd. It proposes that trauma caused by people on whom the victim depends for survival produces a specific kind of cognitive adaptation. The child cannot afford to know what is being done to them because knowing would threaten the attachment they require to survive. So the knowing gets blocked. Not as a choice. As a survival mechanism.

The FBI files, which tracked her until her final breath, confirm what the establishment feared - a sex symbol who had read Marx and admired the Chinese Revolution. She was a militant anti-racist who used her platform to shatter the colour bar for Ella Fitzgerald, and she stood firm against the cowardice of the McCarthyite witch hunts when she married the blacklisted playwright Arthur Miller.

We must recognise that Monroe’s struggle was the intersection of class exploitation and patriarchal violence. She was a worker whose labour was her own body, super-exploited by a system that demanded she be beautiful and silent. Her life was a constant act of rebellion against the male gaze of capital. On her 100th birthday, we do not celebrate a "bombshell". We honour a clear-minded socialist who understood that the liberation of her class was inseparable from the liberation of her sex.

Happy Centenary, Comrade Marilyn. The struggle continues.

Fun fact I just learned: the term "narcissistic" comes from the narcissus flower because when you place it in a vase with other flowers, the others slowly die.

And honestly, that's exactly how narcissistic people move through life. At first, they seem charming, confident, loving, even irresistible. They know how to make people feel special in the beginning. But over time, the people around them start losing pieces of themselves. Their peace disappears. Their confidence fades. Their happiness slowly drains without them even realizing it.

A narcissist can walk into someone's life and slowly make them question their worth, their voice, their feelings, and even their sanity. Not always through screaming or obvious abuse, but through manipulation, selfishness, emotional games, lack of accountability, and making everything about themselves. They expect constant attention, constant validation, and unconditional understanding, while giving very little real love in return.

And just like those flowers in the vase, the people around them often end up emotionally exhausted trying to survive in an environment where only one person is allowed to shine.

The scary part is, narcissists don't always destroy people loudly. Sometimes they do it quietly. Slowly. Little by little. Until one day you wake up and barely recognize yourself anymore.

So if you've ever had to walk away from someone who constantly drained your energy, dismissed your feelings, manipulated your emotions, or made you feel small just so they could feel important, don't ignore that experience. Protect your peace before you lose yourself trying to save someone who never cared about protecting you.

i used to work with a woman who everybody adored.

she had one of those soft, reassuring voices that made people immediately trust her.
brought banana bread into the office.
remembered details about everyone’s lives.
sent “hope your dog is okay!!” messages if somebody mentioned a vet appointment three weeks earlier.

if you’d asked me back then who the kindest person in the office was, i probably would’ve said her without hesitation.

which is exactly why it took me forever to notice what was happening.

the first few times felt so small i barely registered them.

i’d be halfway through telling a story at lunch and she’d interrupt with:
“sorry wait, i’m confused already.”

and suddenly instead of telling the story i’d be explaining the story.

or i’d answer something in a meeting and she’d tilt her head a little and go:
“hm. are you sure?”

like she was helping me avoid embarrassing myself.

and the horrible part is that it worked.

i started editing myself before i spoke.
double-checking things i already knew.
talking faster whenever somebody questioned me because i felt like i had to defend my own sentences before they were even finished.

the weirdest part was nobody else seemed to notice because technically she wasn’t doing anything wrong.

there was never a moment dramatic enough to point at.

it was death by paper cuts.

then one afternoon i was explaining something to a group and she did the usual:
“wait sorry, that doesn’t make sense to me.”

and another coworker immediately went:
“no, it makes sense. you do this to her constantly.”

the room went dead quiet.

i don’t even remember what happened after that because all i could think was:
oh my god. i’m not crazy.

and honestly i think that’s why subtle people can mess with your head so badly.

if somebody openly humiliates you, your brain knows to protect itself.

but when somebody slowly teaches you to distrust your own voice, you end up helping them do the damage.

Bayer has just SUED Pfizer, BioNTech, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson in federal court.

Because the mRNA stabilisation technology used in every single COVID vaccine injected into your kids, your parents, your pregnant friends, your grandmother in the care home was patented by Monsanto in the 1980s for CROPS.

And the company that owns the patent is now in court demanding royalties.

This is not a conspiracy theory. This is Bayer's own lawyers, in Bayer's own filings, on the public record. They are literally arguing in federal court that their agricultural genetic modification technology was copied and injected into human beings WITHOUT A LICENSE.

Meanwhile Moderna just paid Roivant $2.25 BILLION to settle a separate mRNA patent lawsuit. BioNTech is suing Moderna. GSK is suing Moderna. Everyone is suing everyone. The patent fights alone are going to cost these companies tens of billions of dollars.

If Bayer is right, then every single "safety study" that was rushed through in 2020 was looking at the wrong thing. They were testing a vaccine. They were not testing an agricultural genetic modification platform being used in humans for the first time.

The same institutions that LIED to you about Iraq having WMDs, about the 2008 bailouts being a "one time thing", about inflation being transitory, about Epstein killing himself, those are the SAME institutions that told you to take a shot based on two months of trial data.

If you still trust them after this one, I genuinely do not know what to tell you.

Wake up. Get healthy. Get off their food. Get off their media. Get off their system.
