@TheDavidBergman Sadly the lower courts in Bangladesh hardly grants bail in any sensitive case irrespective of the merit of the bail application. This practice can only change with the effective separation and independence of judiciary!
The students of Dhaka University, who led a successful revolution just a month ago to overthrow a fascist regime, have now beaten a mentally unstable youth to death. Before the attack, they even offered him food. The revolution has changed nothing but the face of power.

The entire interim government must unqualifiedly condemn the killing of Abdullah Al Masud, a former Rajshahi University Chhatra League leader, day before yesterday at the hands of an angry mob, which included students. This is never okay in a civilised nation and all levers of the government must speak up strongly against it and take exemplary actions against the individuals involved in the lynching.
It's about time the Guardians of the Bangladesh Judiciary puts an end to this!

What happens in Antarctica doesn’t stay in Antarctica.
Life and cricket have many parallels. Sometimes, like a spring, what pulls you back is also what propels you forward.
During yesterday’s game, @Gmaxi_32’s cramps constrained his footwork. He had to stay put at the crease, but that enabled him to have a steady head, watch the ball closely and let his hand-eye coordination do the work, backed by exceptional bat-speed.
Different formats of the game, and stages of the game require different footwork. And sometimes, no footwork becomes great footwork too ☺️
