International law has spoken clearly and unanimously. #IWT remains in force. No state can unilaterally cast aside a binding treaty, nor weaponise water against millions of people.
I have said before: the Indus carries the life of a nation. Water is not a weapon. Rivers cannot become instruments of coercion. Pakistan stood by international law. Today, international law has vindicated Pakistan. India must honour the Award and the Treaty. #Sindhu will flow. The law must prevail.
