@KodyDuncanPGH I knew he could not connect with his players when I saw how for some stupid reason he would give the players a back of his hand high five in the post game greeting after the infrequent win. Who does that but a dork?
@QuackyRoss Remember when the runners were proud to break up a double play? Now they run into right field to get as far away from second base and the throw as possible?
@_NoahHiles Thanks, Noah. Love your post game vids. I’d love if the follow up question were “That doesn’t say much for the integrity of the umpires, does it? Shouldn’t the call be the same for every team, just like a call in the first inning should be the same as it would be in the ninth?”
Pineapple chicken over basmati rice with a side of freshly cut cucumbers flavored with balsamic vinegar and a splash of extra virgin olive oil. $22.99 at your favorite pan-Asian eatery, $3.99 at 1300 Broadway.
So funny how the Pirate post game TV broadcast works so hard to make things sound positive after another terrible game 1)Pham took a GREAT route to that ball (that he dropped)2) EIGHT exit velo’s of 100+ but low launch angles 3) GREAT defense by HAYES & IKF whose arm is IMPROVING
@theFortMcKenry And the Pirates’ middle infielders chosen in the first round in the last ten years include Cole Tucker, Kevin Newman, Nick Gonzales and Terrmar Johnson.
The Pirates needed to make a change. But Donnie Kelly is not going to turn Tommy Pham, IKF, Henry Davis or Jared Triolo into .275 hitters. He’s not going to tap into the “power potential” of Canario. He’s not going to make Emmanuel Valdez a legitimate Major League first baseman.
