Here's what he said next:
Charlie Munger’s clarity on human psychology is insane.
“On the personal level, a man should try to face the two simple facts: 1) Fixable but unfixed bad performance is bad character and tends to create more of itself, causing more damage to the excuse-giver with each tolerated instance; and 2) in demanding places, like athletic teams and General Electric, you are almost sure to be discarded in due course if you keep giving excuses instead of behaving as you should.”

@Vodacom this is not the way to announce a price increase. Instead of the attempt at a positive spin on it, just rip the bandaid off quickly. It's less patronising that way.
@Discovery_SA Thanks. In theory, they *should* be available now, but several call attempts to multiple numbers suggests that they're just not doing their jobs. It's experiences like that that'll ensure I never make this my primary bank acc.
@shaunoakes Also, for all ages, if you want to end the conversation, just hit them with "Well, it was nice seeing you" and then just keep quiet and wait for them to leave. Jerry Seinfeld taught me that one.
ok my friends are starting to have serious things go wrong with their bodies and they are fucking up going to the doctor. Y’all. here’s my cheat sheet:
@girdley@DFuddrucker Or, he's achieving in 10 hours what is required of him in a week and could add more value to the business, but his manager is too lazy to engage and lead a remote team member.
Anyone else get slightly more annoyed than you should by oversized screenshots that stretch the width of an email so you have to scroll to the right to read the rest of a sentence?
