@toobbroadband We understand that outages happen, but zero comms or updates from yourselves is not acceptable. People reliant on the internet for working at home need to make alternative arrangements. I expect the default cut and paste response.
@virginmedia may provide some of the highest broadband speeds in the UK but it’s the most unreliable. Impossible to work from home with such a poor service. Time to find a better provider
@virginmedia My home broadband service has lost connectivity multiple times over the last few months. The outages an last hours which means I lose both time and money working from home.
@Argos_Online placed an order for an Oculus VR headset. Money taken and delivery was expected 3 days ago but according to your customer service you don’t have any stock. Is that not fraud and false advertising.......?
#Samsung unable to deliver a new Galaxy watch to mainland UK for next day delivery but happily take my money. Maybe I should have walked into the Apple store.
