@Debenhams, extremely disappointed with the poor customer service experience. Received a defective product (table with 3 legs), poor comms from CS team, and now being charged a return fee for a faulty product is unacceptable. This goes against consumer rights. Is this normal?

The impact on the standard average calculation (Median, Mode, SD etc..) in PowerBI gets really thrown off, having decent dimension and measures helps you break it down, but out of the box some of our standard analytics can be a little misleading.

Fairly common thing I see is the time spent to complete matters, seems to be inverse to the usual bell curve (scenario 1).

I commonly see it looking like scenario 2, where work is either fairly quick, or or long.

Plus you probably want to avoid giving it a person's name.

Wow virgin media. Annual increases of RPI + 3.9%

I guess greedflation is an actual thing.

I love how you reassure everyone in your letter. If RPI is zero or below your bills will increase 3.9%

While accurate it is really l misleading.
