@IrishRail service lately has been brutal, nothing runs on time, it was foolish of me to think the new timetable would make things more efficient. Maynooth to Dun Laoighre commute.
@IrishRail it might be time to put cameras on bike racks in Maynooth?, someone had my saddle taken off to use as a tool to steal another bike. Not very encouraging for those of us using green transport. Long waiting lists for bike lockers so no alternative parking
I do love a good puzzle but bought a pack of socks recently with 'easy to pair' written on it, pairing them could be on the NASA entrance exam. I swore I wouldn't fall for another advertisement scam after buying a jacket made from recycled bottles that 'doesnt squeak' 🤦
Happy International Women's day, I've been very lucky to have studied and worked under some brilliant women to date, let alone the superstars in my family! a single days recognition for this doesn't come close to the rewards they deserve.
Is there any rules/guidelines on public rubbish bin placement? Should/are pedestrian counts performed when deciding locations? Should we build in locality of shops where lunches etc. are bought in decision making? Would be a nice project/study.
@ConKennedy I remember banks visiting our school to try get us to open accounts back in the day, in saying that, the price of a chomp was around 10p then also
Must make an effort to tweet a few positives to make up for my twitter rants, but for now it's rant time, why do we salt the roads but not the footpaths and cycle lanes in Ireland?
@SeanMoncrieff where has your highlights podcast disappeared to in Google podcasts? This is a disaster, worst of all though, they stuck the Pat Kenny show in instead of it!
