It’s the end of Francois Legault’s disastrous tenure as a premier of Quebec. I have known many premiers. I obviously did not share many of their viewpoints nor their plans for the future of Quebec but Legault was the worst.

Now, we learn that some or all of the hospitals really aren't hospitals. They are military bases disguised as hospitals.
