On many calls this week with developers and retailers, serious frustrations were mentioned regarding lengthy delays with permitting process for new builds & remodels.

I’ve been hearing this frequently over past several years so not new.

💰Over $4.8 TRILLION dollars are currently sitting in money market accounts!

I’ve mentioned this on recent calls with clients as a big reason I remain extremely bullish for real estate sector.

Any real estate dip is not likely to be terribly deep nor long lasting.
