@LauraLoomer When I feel something coming on, and they can come quickly, I take 3-4 Motrin and 2 Claritin. Mine are nasopharyngeal in nature so I put a few drops of peppermint essential oil in my nostrils to open the passages. The essential oil must be a high quality oil to be effective. 😉
