🚨 A BIDEN JUDGE JUST RULED IT'S NOT A FEDERAL CRIME FOR NONCITIZENS TO VOTE IN FEDERAL ELECTIONS.

Judge David Leibowitz in Miami tossed the case against a Jamaican national accused of voting in our elections for years with a fake birth certificate. He ruled that the 1996 law making noncitizen voting a federal crime is unconstitutional because only the states get to set voter qualifications.

Let that sink in. These are federal elections for President and Congress, and a federal judge just said the federal government can't punish a foreigner for voting in them. Reports say about 45 more of these cases are pending around the country, and we're 33 days from the midterms.

Florida can still go after her under state law, thank God. DOJ needs to appeal this immediately, because American elections belong to American citizens and nobody else. 🇺🇸

In a 5–4 ruling, they confirmed he can use the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to treat Tren de Aragua as what it is: an invading foreign force.

Portland city council member and DSA communist operative Mitch Green has released a campaign video about him wanting to raise more taxes. (Green was recently revealed to be a tax evader in Portland.)

Joining him in the video is another council member and communist activist named Angelita Morillo. She is from South America and often talks about her style of third-world socialist politics.

Social media posts that Green tried to destroy were recently unearthed. They show that he called for leftists to riot more after the Portland BLM-Antifa riots turned deadly in 2020. He also said that business owners who faced repeated vandalism and violence should stop whining and complaining. He advocated abolishing law enforcement.

🚨 The SSN linked to Barack Obama (042-68-4425) was originally issued in 1977 to a French immigrant named Jean Paul Ludwig who lived in Connecticut.
Obama never lived there. Ludwig later died in Hawaii, where Obama’s grandmother worked in the probate office with access to deceased people’s records.

The claim: the number was never properly retired and was quietly used by Obama. Using someone else’s SSN is fraud.
