WordPress is dead.

People assumed I migrated in a weekend.
I didn't. It took weeks of non-stop of trial and error.
Day and night.

Not because the AI was slow. Because I refused to ship something fragile. The kind of fragile WordPress trained me to accept as normal for 12 years.

I've been in GitHub for days on end. Hardening my security protocols based on advice from a very good friend who works in fintech and treats every line of code like an attack surface.

That's the standard now. Not "good enough for a landing page." Good enough that I'd put real money behind it.

What I've actually built:
1. A custom CMS. No upsells. No nag screens. No 2008 dashboard.
2. A Stripe integration that handles checkout my way.
3. Site speed pushed to the limit. 98 mobile PageSpeed. All on an animation-heavy website.
4. An agent-ready architecture. Clean HTML. Structured data. Predictable routes. Integrated MCP servers.
5. A team of SEO agents I built myself:
- Technical SEO audits
- Semantic SEO analysis (topical authority framework)
- Topical map generation from real GSC data via a custom MCP server
- Coverage gap detection
- Internal linking analysis
- GSC query and revenue analysis
- Fan-out query mapping for answer engine optimization

WordPress was never free. Premium themes. Page builder licenses. Premium plugins for the things plugins should do for free. Dev fixes every time an update broke the stack. It added up every month. None of that exists on the new setup.
