To add insult to injury, now that we've arrived at @flyxna 3 hours late, the ground crew is busy moving an aircraft to the maintenance hanger. Great timing... always thinking of the passenger first...did they not know we were coming? @AmericanAir

Just to comment a little bit about #loyalty...I used to do everything I could to fly on @AmericanAir - even flying to @ATLairport on two #segments instead of #direct on @Delta.

Interesting that each time @AmericanAir upgrades me to 1st class my flight is cancelled…now my flight has been delayed 3 times, supposedly departing over 2 hours late…but offering me to change to an even later flight “free of charge.” What the heck?! It’d help to have info!

@AmericanAir I know how this works. The crew that landed the #aircraft last night (very likely) knew the #lavatory was not working. They didn't want to get stuck with the #maintenance responsibility, so they (ignored it and) left it for the first crew today. You need to fix this system.

Here's another reason to travel with a resealable water bottle. @AmericanAir Flight 3663 from @flyxna to @CLTAirport has non-functional #lavatories. It's a 2 hour flight, after folks have had #coffee. I have to ask, could we have been informed before the flight took off? 🤨🪠
