Reflecting on this https://t.co/R5M7wnpL1M article and current affairs with the World Bank has reminded of the World Bank's obligation to cancel the debt. Paying debt has been catastrophic to social service expenditures
Having worked with suicide victims I realize, while we support them psychologically. Its also equally important to work on social economic circumstances that create such psychological distress
Okay, let's resolve this today and forever.
H. Pylori being negative doesn't mean you don't have "ulcers" stomach ulcers.
"Ulcers" aren't diagnosed in laboratory as most patients think.
What is done in the laboratory is differentiating H. Pylori induced "ulcers" from those caused by other things like stress, drugs, herbs, chronic hunger etc.
I get clients, they have never done an endoscopy but tell you that, they tested "ulcers" in lab and it's always negative.
So, ulcers is a clinical diagnosis in most cases, and going to lab is to rule out H. Pylori as the cause since if it's the cause, your medication has to change a bit.
We have other investigations like Endoscopy which are very important and recommendable if you want to be sure that you have them.
It's also not recommended to treat them for a long time, like beyond 3 months without doing an endoscopy.
