Why hasn't US @US_FDA approved Anktiva for Bladder Cancer -without- Cancer in Situ (CIS)??

(Despite trial result being virtually identical for both indications!! Below results for both Indications side by side. $IBRX 🤯)

Answer: Because without CIS = 80% of Bladder Cancer patients and Big Pharma in Institutional interests don't want it. They approved only the smallest market segment let every other patient rot 😡

So glad to see patients and clinicians paying attention to ALC (absolute lymphocyte count). The next step is to make aware the clinical consequences of low lymphocytes, a condition known as lymphopenia.

Lymphopenia is now formally recognized with the ICD-10 diagnostic code D72.810. Yet, when I analyzed a database of 7.4 million patients with cancer, only about forty-one thousand encounters were coded for lymphopenia, less than 1%. This gap shows that the medical community has not fully reckoned with the prevalence or the dangers of lymphocyte loss.

I spent the past several days in Washington, DC making the case that lymphopenia constitutes a national health crisis. It is a strong, independent predictor of mortality across cancer, infection, radiation exposure, chemotherapy, sepsis, and aging. It is measurable with a routine CBC, but it remains largely unrecognized because no treatment existed. Change is coming.
