It has been a great day training some of #RCRAUGANDA gardeners from Kalhubulha Village Kyabarungira subcounty about nursery bed preparation, sowing and management of different vegetables, Phase 8 gardeners are so excited for being part of #1000womenorganicgardens programme.

Today we monitored our grandmother gardener in Maliba subcounty, Kakindo village. who is supported by #RCRAUGANDA under #1000womengardenproject in she is already harvesting alot of organic vegetables from her small piece of land through the expertise from the extension team.

It's anther great day #RCRAUGANDA under #1000womengardensproject supporting our 20 gardeners of phase/season (vii) from Kitswamba Sub-county with some garden equipments to help us a achieve some of our goals like better nutrition for all and sustainable organic kitchen gardens.

Today's field in Kitswamba Sub-county where #RCRAUGANDA is doing great work to improve nutrition of households with young mothers, OVCs and grandmothers, this household is already harvesting a variety of organic vegetables and so excited of the great change on their diet.

It's another great day monitoring our established kitchen gardens by #RCRAUGANDA in Ihani, Kikokera and Kisanzi villages in Bugoye Kasese District,we are happy seeing our gardeners using good agronomic practices like water and soil conservation practices to mentain soil moisture

Monitoring of the established kitchen gardens by #RCRAUGANDA in Kirabaho-Kyabarungira subcounty, we do garden scouting with the gardeners to monitor the health of our vegetables and prevent pre-harvest losses that can be caused by poor agronomic practices, pests and diseases

It is another great day #RCRAUganda team meeting joint Adolescent boys and girls from Kyabarungira and Rwenzande primary school to share information about #Health,#Nutrition and #ASRH information to both girls and boys, our young mother volunteers also shared their Testimonies.
