🚨 अक्टूबर 2025 से लागू होने वाले 4 बड़े GST बदलाव (साधारण हिन्दी में)

1️⃣ ITC Auto-Population बंद
➡️ अब GSTR-2B में ITC अपने आप नहीं आएगा।
➡️ आपको Invoice Management System (IMS) में हर invoice स्वीकार या अस्वीकार करना होगा।
➡️ सिर्फ़ स्वीकार किए गए invoices पर ही ITC GSTR-3B में मिलेगा।
⚠️ यानी अब ज़्यादा active मिलान (reconciliation) करना पड़ेगा।

2️⃣ GSTR-3B Tax Liability Lock
➡️ GSTR-3B में जो tax liability अपने आप भर जाएगी, उसे बदल नहीं सकते।
➡️ गलती सुधारने का तरीका सिर्फ़ GSTR-1/1A से होगा।
➡️ इसलिए GSTR-1 को बहुत ध्यान से भरना होगा, वरना बार-बार संशोधन करना पड़ेगा।

3️⃣ Credit Note और ITC Reversal का नया नियम
➡️ सप्लायर अब credit note डालकर अपना tax liability सीधे कम नहीं कर पाएगा।
➡️ पहले buyer को उतना ITC अपने return में reverse करना होगा।
➡️ तभी supplier का tax liability घटेगा।
✅ इससे buyer और supplier दोनों की return मिलान में रहेंगी।

4️⃣ GST TDS में Invoice-Wise Reporting
➡️ GSTR-7 भरते समय अब invoice-level पर TDS की जानकारी देनी होगी।
➡️ सभी deductors को हर invoice का विवरण return में डालना अनिवार्य होगा।

Update – Rajasthan High Court (Jodhpur Bench)

On the matter of Tax Audit Due Date Extension, the Hon’ble Court has directed an interim order that:

- Considering technical glitches and pendency
- Respondents are required to issue a notification extending the due date for filing of tax audit report
- The facility to file audit reports must be made fully operational.
- Due date to be extended for 30 days- 31st October
Next date of hearing 27th October.
