@EastHerts Hi! It seems the new collections start in August. For those of us who have not had the new bins delivered yet, do we now start putting recycling in the black bin, and cardboard/paper in the blue lidded bin? Don’t want to put household waste in black bin to fish out later!

@johnwyllie It sounds complicated and pointlessly expensive to run. You then have to take into account necessary large Disability vehicles too. Blue badge parking may be free but the person driving it may need to go and park at times without the disabled person and be penalised for it.
