RT @ByMikeWilson: Gaven French has committed to Tennessee.

The two-way player is the second commitment got Josh Elander as the Vols coach…

Josh Elander has his first commitment as head coach.

2027 RHP Kaiden McCarthy from Chester, Vermont commits to Tennessee over Wake Forest and Arizona.

Ranked by Prep Baseball Report as the No. 44 overall player in the country and the No. 11 RHP.

This is massive news for the Vols. I don't anticipate him being here for a long time as he will likely be a HC sooner rather than later, but he's an incredible recruiter and incredible hitting coach.

SCOOP: New @Vol_Baseball coach Josh Elander already making big moves, as I’m told @GatorsBB interim head coach and top assistant Chuck Jeroloman is headed to Knoxville as the top assistant and recruiting coordinator for the #Vols. Jeroloman spent the last six seasons as the AHC at UF. #VFL

Dylan Seward on Tennessee hiring Josh Elander: "First off, congrats to Coach V, there’s no one more deserving. I can’t be more excited for Elander to take the reins in Knoxville. There’s no doubt in my mind E will continue the winning tradition and culture that has put the Vols at the top of college baseball. VFL!"
