Melvin Lee's consecutive hit streak came to an end at 7, but BT still gets the win today 16-6. Talen Tavergne got the win in his first ever Varsity start, going 4 and giving up only 1 ER and striking out 9. During Melvin's streak he went 1B, 1B, 2B, 1B, 2B, 1B, 2B with 5 RBIs.

Another conference win in walk-off fashion. Kamari Dawkins gets the hit in the bottom of the 7th to drive in Christian Mendoza for a 5-4 win over Crete-Monee. Dan Williams goes 5.3 giving up only 2 ER and Haladio Hernandez comes in to pick up the W. @SouthtownSports
