Our Eagles were defeated last night by James River HS 10-3 in the Regional Semi-finals. This concludes our season with a record of 19-4. We would like to send out a special thank you to our players, parents, and families for your support, efforts, and dedication to the program.

Hartsfield puts a good swing on this pitch w RISP but unfortunately lines out to left to end the home half of the 4th. Balanced setup & simple load helps him get slotted early driving this ball hard.

Our #2 seeded Eagles defeated the #7 seed, Deep Run, 6-0 tonight. Alex Boyd was 3-3 with 2 DBs, RBI, 3 R; Camden Lockhart was 2-3 DB, HR, 3 RBIs and Eli Macturk pitched 6 Inn, 2 hits and 9 Ks. MG advances to the regional semis to face James River at Godwin HS on Tue. at 6pm.

Congrats to Cal Travers in getting his 1st collegiate win at Longwood. Cal threw 6 innings getting the W over #1 seed High Point to help propel the Lancers into the Big South Championship game.

A great team victory tonight, winning 8-0 over Matoaca. A combined no hitter from Milan Larew, Jacob Babcock, and Carter Anderson. HRs from Babcock,Alex Boyd, and Camden Lockhart (grand slam). Matt Hartsfield added 3 SBs. Regional playoffs begin next week !

The Eagles celebrated a wonderful Sr. Day with a 9 to 1 win over Glen Allen.
Eli Macturk was 2-2 with 2 HRs and 4 RBIs. Eli also got the W on the mound pitching 6 innings with 1 ER. Jacob Babcock shot his 8th HR of the season, a 3 run knock.
