On the baseball side, the Saints have built a successful D2 program and are making the move to the Sunshine State Conferences. One of the most competitive D2 baseball conferences in the country.

📍 Warner University

Open to 2027–2030 grads. Players will go through a full pro-style evaluation, compete in a live game, and have the opportunity to perform in front of college coaches in attendance.

Players interested in Baseball U Florida will also have the opportunity to be evaluated for our Summer 2027 teams and get involved with our winter training.

If you’re lost in the weight room and don’t know what to do to get bigger, faster and stronger…keep it simple.

I went from having no power and running a 7.3 to a 6.3 60 by focusing on a few things:

Lift heavy, but move the weight fast.
Sprint. Plyometrics. Mobility.

Train like an athlete. It doesn’t have to be rocket science.

If you struggle with having pushy hands and flare balls the other way, give this drill a try to clean up your barrel path. This will help you a ton with turning the barrel behind you, staying connected, and making sure you have good posture to get to that outside pitch.

To all the younger guys out there, especially those heading into high school this fall, if you’re undersized or doubting yourself right now, just keep working.

I was undersized for most of high school and barely played early on. Some guys develop early others later. Everyone’s path is different so don’t beat yourself up.

Give yourself time to develop and see how far you can take it. It’s called a process for a reason.

Some of the best players I played with played multiple sports all the way up until college. Specializing at 9 or 10 years old isn’t necessary.

Finding a travel ball organization that does things the right way and truly prioritizes your development is imperative.

Be intentional about the schools you target. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to understand your level and ability, and make sure you’re a realistic fit for the programs and camps you’re attending.
