I understand everyone’s concerns, and I respect the experiences shared here. I had my own difficulties and delays before receiving my scooter as well.
However, after finally receiving my Ola S1 X, I simply wanted to share my personal update. I hope Ola improves its service and support for every customer going forward. 🙏

If OLA is genuinely committed to improving customer service under the Franchise Operated Model, please address my pending delivery issue as well.
My OLA S1 X 3rd Gen 4 kWh was fully paid for, with the original delivery date of 23 August 2026. Registration and insurance have already been completed, yet I am still waiting for the vehicle without a confirmed delivery date.
Please look into my case and provide a clear resolution instead of repeated assurances.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your attention a recurring issue regarding the LPG cylinder delivery service provided by the concerned distributor/agency.
Whenever I book an LPG cylinder, the amount paid by me includes the applicable delivery charges. However, despite paying these charges, the cylinder is generally not delivered to my doorstep. Consumers are instead required to personally collect the cylinder from the agency/distribution point or arrange for someone else to bring it home, sometimes by paying additional transportation charges.
I would also like to clarify that the location of my residence cannot reasonably be cited as a justification for non-delivery.
The concerned area is near Nalbari Medical College & Hospital, and the roads in our locality are well-developed, properly accessible and in very good condition. The area is no longer an inaccessible rural location. The roads are sufficiently wide and well connected, and delivery vehicles can easily enter the locality and reach the residential lanes and individual households.
Therefore, if it is claimed that doorstep delivery cannot be provided because the area is a village or because of road conditions, such a justification would not reflect the actual ground situation. LPG delivery vehicles can comfortably access the locality and its internal roads.
I therefore request the competent authority to kindly investigate this matter and ensure that the concerned distributor provides proper doorstep delivery instead of shifting the responsibility and transportation cost to consumers.
If delivery charges are included in the amount paid by the consumer, consumers should not be routinely compelled to collect the cylinder themselves or pay additional transportation charges merely to bring the cylinder home.
I request the department/concerned Oil Marketing Company to:
1. Investigate the delivery practices of the concerned LPG distributor.
2. Verify whether the applicable delivery charges are being collected from consumers.
3. Ensure proper doorstep delivery to consumers at accessible residential locations.
4. Ensure that consumers are not compelled to bear additional transportation expenses.
5. Take appropriate departmental action if the distributor is found to be deliberately avoiding its delivery responsibility.
6. Provide me with a written response regarding the action taken on this complaint.
I am ready to provide my Consumer Number, booking details, cash memo/receipt, agency details and any other information required for verification.
I request you to kindly treat this matter seriously and take necessary action in the interest of consumers.
Yours faithfully,
BASED ALI

Ola can become No. 1 in India’s EV market — but it will need to work much harder on customer service. 🚀⚡
In my opinion, Ola should have at least one authorised service centre or dealer in every district of India. Along with that, Ola should introduce a proper home-service facility, just like other companies, where technicians can visit the customer’s home and fix the vehicle when required.
Every customer call should be answered properly. Instead of giving generic responses, the customer-care team should provide accurate information, clear timelines and genuine solutions to customer complaints.
If Ola can:
✅ Build a strong service centre/dealer network in every district
✅ Provide quick and responsive customer support
✅ Introduce reliable home-service facilities
✅ Maintain delivery and service timelines
✅ Resolve customer complaints properly and on time
then customer trust in Ola can increase significantly.
If Ola genuinely works hard on these areas, I believe it can reach the top of India’s EV market. 🔥⚡🚀
The potential is there. Now, the execution matters.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I request your attention to a serious consumer grievance regarding Ola Electric.
I booked an Ola S1 X Gen 3 (4 kWh) by making the full payment of ₹1,37,016 from my hard-earned money. My promised delivery date was 23 August 2026, but as of 18 September 2026, the vehicle has still not been delivered and I have not been given a definite delivery date.
Order ID: OET-816445211200826-TBN701
Despite repeatedly contacting Ola and waiting patiently, I continue to receive only generic responses such as “working on it” and “high priority.” If Ola is unable to deliver the vehicle, I request that the company provide a full refund of my ₹1,37,016, rather than offering an unfairly reduced refund amount.
I respectfully request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and help ensure that Ola provides either the vehicle within a clear, committed timeline or a full and fair refund without unjustified deductions.
I am sharing this complaint in the hope that the matter will receive appropriate attention and that other consumers do not face similar difficulties.

Full Payment: ₹1,37,016
Promised Delivery Date: 23 August 2026

Are Ola customers actually receiving their S1 X Gen 3 vehicles, or is this endless waiting now the norm?
My S1 X Gen 3 (4 kWh) was fully paid for, with a promised delivery date of 23 August 2026. Today is 18 September, and I still have neither the vehicle nor a clear delivery date.
Order ID: OET-816445211200826-TBN701
If other customers are receiving their vehicles, why is my delivery being delayed for so long? And if Ola cannot deliver my vehicle, why isn’t my full payment of ₹1,37,016 being refunded?
Please give me a clear answer—not another “we’re working on it” reply.
@bhash@OlaEV_Support what do you actually take your customers for?
I booked my Ola scooter by paying the full amount of ₹1,37,016 from my hard-earned money, yet even after the promised delivery date has long passed, you still cannot deliver the vehicle.
Order ID: OET-816445211200826-TBN701
If you are unable to deliver the vehicle, then why are you not refunding my full payment? Why should a customer suffer for a delay that is not their fault?
I want a clear explanation and an immediate full refund of ₹1,37,016, without any unfair deduction.

🚨 Ola Electric — A Customer’s Patience Has a Limit!
I paid ₹1,37,016 + transaction charges in full for my Ola S1 X. The promised delivery date was 23 August 2026.
Today, I am still waiting for my vehicle.
❓ Why does a customer who has made 100% payment have to wait month after month for delivery?
❓ Why were the registration and insurance completed, while the vehicle itself has still not been delivered?
❓ And why does the cancellation screen show a refund of only ₹22,017 despite my full payment?
These are legitimate questions, and Ola Electric owes its customer a clear, written and satisfactory explanation.
For days, I have received the same replies—“high priority,” “actively working,” “please allow us some time.” But repeated template replies are not a solution.
A customer is not asking for a favour. A customer who has paid in full is asking for the product that was promised.
I have decided to wait until 23 October 2026.
If my vehicle is not actually delivered by then, from 24 October 2026 I will take the matter to the appropriate Consumer Commission/legal forum in my home district and will also place the complete matter, along with supporting documents, before Assam’s newspapers, digital media and satellite news channels.
To every Ola customer facing a similar problem:
📌 Preserve your invoices and payment receipts.
📌 Save promised delivery dates and screenshots.
📌 Keep registration/insurance documents and all customer-care responses.
📌 Know your consumer rights and consider appropriate legal remedies where necessary.
This is not about targeting a company. This is about standing up for consumer rights.
Today it is my problem. Tomorrow it could be yours.

Ola Electric — enough of “high priority” replies. We need an actual delivery date and an actual delivery.

@Kuldeep00969451 My Ola scooter’s promised delivery date was 23 Augst.I paid the full amount, yet even today there is no delivery in sight.
What kind of company operates like this?
Seriously, what happened to Ola? This isn’t Ford! @OlaEV_Support
@Kuldeep00969451 Ola could be a benchmark in India’s EV industry. Sadly, customer experiences like mine are damaging the reputation Ola has built. Great products need great customer care. Please listen before disappointment turns into lost trust.
