A Frontier Airlines flight attendant felt a woman wasn't following her instructions and wanted her removed from the flight. The problem: the passenger had a hearing accommodation which is an ADA-recognized handicap, which was noted on her ticket. Besides the attendant being fired, what else should happen? Perhaps a lawsuit? I think one may be coming. Do better!
