@RingDoorbell_ So my Pro Ring Doorbell NOT working.36hrs.😫 We have power and internet. Rebooted modem/router. Customer service was no help, only said someone needs to be there to hit the reset button. I am 800 miles away, hired someone to reset, still nothing!. Any advice?

@FrontierCorp ANOTHER outage at my place and they tell me they cant come have a look until Tuesday? Unacceptable!! It looks like wild boars have been recently digging in the area so I'm sure it is an outside only repair. Please see what you can do to expedite the matter.
