Does anyone have workout advice for someone looking to shad a few lbs? My lower back is iffy at best, so i mainly have been walking and swimming because the workouts I used to do would definitely irritate my back and chronic sciatica is not how I want to live.
So any exercises that could help are greatly appreciated! 🙏🦈
I consume ~1400 cal a day... and have immediately plateaud even after a month. I eat factor meals and other things that are a little higher in protein like cottage cheese, yogurt, beef jerky, etc.
