I understand where the OP is coming from and I do believe warm toned black characters skin should be more appreciated in artwork but this kind of reductive thinking about coloring skin in artwork lead me to being harassed for drawing //MYSELF// too “GRAY AND ASHY”
olive skintones are so funny like some of us are straight up grey so really the moral of the story is just keep referencing real people and understand that undertones exist in every skin depth and race
@ChazakielDoremi I don't think its crazy to be like "I'm viewing my friend sexually when I never had before because she was exposed accidently and I feel bad because I feel like a pervert taking advantage of her friendship." I would say its pretty admirable actually.
What amuses me about Critical Drinker’s raging hateboner for Supergirl is his arguing that nobody wants to watch an ignorant, rude, unfunny, drunk with a monotone delivery. And I think that lack of self awareness is sublime.
they had a law in one of the "developed" countries where a punishment for a rapist was to simply let him rape his victim for the rest of her life, and it was abolished when my parents were teenagers. acting like misogyny is solved and over now is so dangerous
