Through my work and personal projects, I've been working with AI for a while now and I'm always looking to learn more. I spend at least 2 hours commuting on workdays and that gives me time to listen to a lot of audio books. (Helps that my brain can still comprehend most books at 2X speed!). I have decided to share some of what I find interesting in hopes it makes the light light in your brain turn on as well. This series of posts on social media will be called #BrainBitesBySamer

Kai-Fu Lee's 'AI 2041' is my latest read. I'll be sharing the most interesting insights from here. I hope you find my 'brain bites' helpful and I welcome any discussion.

Chapter 1 of AI 2041 is all about setting the stage for the future. Lee talks about how AI is already part of our lives, from the algorithms that recommend what to watch on Netflix to the way our social media feeds are designed. For me, AI adoption is moving very fast, but we're still in the early stages. While tech giants are leading the way, many industries are just starting to scratch the surface. It's an exciting time to be paying attention to AI, because the possibilities for the future are endless.

AI isn't just shaping what we see (like Netflix recomendations or google search results etc), it's also giving us tools to shape what we want. From personalized recommendations to smart assistants, AI can help us discover new things and make better decisions.
