6 things your CRM should help you answer instantly:
1) Which deals are stuck?
2) Who needs a follow-up
3) Who are my hottest leads?
4) Where are leads coming from?
5) Which customers are inactive?
6) What's happening in my pipeline?
If your CRM can't answer these...
It's probably just a contact database.
Fix it to scale.
At this point, I’m starting to question @LinkedInHelp customer support.
The experience has been frustrating and far from what I expected.
I lost access to my account and the 5,000+ followers I had built over time...
For 4 weeks, I’ve been following up, yet I still haven’t received any feedback or a clear explanation of why my account was restricted.
I’m simply asking for clarity and a fair resolution.
I genuinely hope @LinkedInHelp can look into this and help resolve the situation.
The more I learn about AI, the more I realize:
The biggest advantage isn’t knowing every AI tool.
It’s knowing how to think.
What should be automated?
What shouldn’t?
Where is the real bottleneck?
What actually makes the business money?
Tools change every few months.
Good thinking doesn’t.
Not every slow season is a setback.
Sometimes the long road is building something the shortcut never could.
The difficult path may be taking longer, but it’s also shaping you for what you’re asking God for.
Keep going. Your journey is not wasted. 🙏🏽
A guy came to my Space yesterday, and I honestly felt so bad for him.
He works in the healthcare sector. He’s an optician with three years of experience, and the business he works for makes close to ₦8 million per month.
He earns ₦150k.
After three years of experience.
Now, he’s planning to leave healthcare and move into tech because he believes he can earn significantly more there.
You business owners in Nigeria are wicked. Very wicked.
How do you pay a skilled, specialised professional ₦150k while the business is making close to ₦8 million every month?
I honestly don’t blame people for going into VA work, tech, sales, customer support, digital marketing, and other remote careers. Some of these people are earning more than healthcare specialists who spent years getting trained and building professional experience.
People will always move towards where their skills are better rewarded.
If you keep underpaying skilled professionals, don’t be surprised when they leave your industry.
Don't ask whether AI will replace you.
Ask which parts of your work AI can already do.
Then ask what you could accomplish if you stopped spending your best hours doing those parts.
That's a much better conversation.
AI is about to change your income.
Not because AI gives you money.
But because people who know how to use it will create opportunities faster than those who don't.
Learn AI.
Build with AI.
Get paid with AI.
@edinsoncode@viaintisol This is a strong signal of where the market is heading.
The fact that “Vibe Coders” and Agentic AI roles are now being hired alongside traditional dev roles says a lot about how quickly the definition of a tech team is evolving.
