75 meals made and delivered, 40 lbs of fruit distributed and 4 cases of water handed out to those in need in downtown Phoenix. Theses cadets were great today.

Picked up a check this evening for our AFJROTC program courtesy of SRP and the Better Business Bureau. Cadet Emma Nelson won a $1K scholarship AND $1K for our program through this new SRP/BBB program. Well done Emma!

Cadets removed over 80 pounds of plastic, glass and aluminum trash from the Salt River today as part of their community service event--great work!

Basha AFJROTC community service event at the local Gilbert Fire Station. Cadets cleaned vehicles and the parking bays--a great way to serve their community and learn more about the mission of the fire station!

Inside a hangar at Mesa Gateway airport this Sunday morning, Basha AFJROTC Color Guard presented the Colors as part of a departure ceremony for a deploying US Army Reserve Unit. Congressman Biggs and other local DVs also attended. They represented our school and program well!

Just completed a great trip to DC with our AFJROTC cadet leadership team. Toured the White House, Capitol Bldg, Supreme Court, Arlington Cemetery, the Pentagon + more. Even checked out the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution at the National Archives!

AFJROTC cadets gathered for community service at Feed My Starving Children on Saturday evening--great job to all 58 who donated their time to pack meals!
