Stress can affect more than just your physical health. Mentally, it causes you to crumble. You lose hope, faith, trust & peace. Inner peace can only be achieved by remembering the Almighty frequently; asking for His help & forgiveness; not just in times of difficulty.
Soften your hearts for #Ramadan. Renew your link with the Almighty daily. Keep asking Him to strengthen you. For a blessed month that's bountiful with deeds, start repenting sincerely. Commit to change for the better; discard old habits.
Don’t overthink. Don’t let little things bother you to such an extent that you find it hard to carry on. This is why many get irritated so easily. Get hold of yourself before it spirals out of control.
Almighty. We seek Your help amid the pain & escalating violence going on in Palestine. Protect the people from the aggression. We ask You to bring justice to the people. We pray for those killed & the civilians being targetted daily. You are our refuge & strength.
Alhamdulillahi!

Once, in a rural village devoid of a permanent Imam, a sheikh took on the role of leading the Taraweeh prayers. Every night, a different family would invite him to break his fast with them for Iftar. On one such evening, while the family was busy in the kitchen and the sheikh rested in another room, he broke his fast and soon left the residence. Shortly afterward, the husband discovered that his money was missing from the very room the sheikh had been in.
Distressed, he shared his concern with his wife, who urged him to find peace, suggesting that perhaps the sheikh was in desperate need of the money. Despite his agitation, the husband chose not to confront the sheikh. Instead, he continued to attend prayers at the mosque but refrained from speaking to the Imam.
When the next year's season of Ramadan approached, the sheikh returned to the village. The husband was hesitant to host him for Iftar, but his wife insisted, holding onto the belief that their previous loss could have been the sheikh's necessity.
As they sat down for Iftar, the man could not contain his unease. He addressed the sheikh, "Have you noticed my distress towards you, Sheikh?" The sheikh acknowledged a change in the man's demeanor. With a heavy heart, the husband asked, "Did you take my money last year?"
To this, the sheikh wept. His tears were not of guilt, but of sorrow for a different reason. He explained that on that windy day, when the window had been left open, the money had been swept around the room. In haste, he had collected the scattered notes and placed them inside the Quran for safekeeping.
The Quran had not been used since that day!

The Almighty sees further down the road than you can. In fact He sees everything. So trust when He disrupts your plan. Trust when He says move. You’ll know what to do if you pay close attention to His signs. Things may get uncomfortable before they get better but your job is to trust Him.
Almighty. Protect us from becoming anxious and overwhelmed by all the noise and chaos around us. Help us to stay calm amidst the mounting worries of life. Grant us ease and the ability to refocus on what truly matters. Aameen.
Don’t let the opinion of others steal your confidence or cause you to cut back on whatever good you’re doing. Let them say what they want because you can’t stop people from speaking their minds. Remember at the end of the day, only the Almighty's judgement matters.
On this blessed day, may we have the strength to give up something for the sake of the Almighty. In return, we can expect something good. Our faith in Him will be strengthened. May we achieve the benefits of these ten days & may He accept the sincere efforts of those making Hajj.
It’s human nature to forget, overloooking the countless blessings the Almighty has bestowed on us. Yet, when the slightest thing go wrong, we show ingratitude by grumbling, mumbling and complaining. Learn to feel complete gratitude in your heart. He’ll multiply your blessings.
Don’t curse delays. No matter how much you hate it. It’s human nature to want things to happen when we want them. But the truth is, behind every delay, there's a blessing. Do not regard every delay as negative. Remember, the Almighty knows what we don’t. So lay your full trust.
Remember that words like impossible, unheard of, unthinkable, unknown, unseen, and unexpected don’t mean anything to the Almighty. He can make everything happen at the drop of a hat. Your task is to do your best and trust Him completely with your life. You will be unstoppable.
Don’t worry about those who keep bringing up your past. Life isn't about who you once were. It's about who you have the potential to be. Everyone has a past so don’t let such talk deter you from looking ahead with positivity. Purify your intentions. Seek your strength from the Almighty.
