Since I needed to watch world in mobile as well as tv instead of 3 months plan, I subscribed for 1yr plan which supported 2 devices at a time. Even then whenever I try to open the app it's asking for password and when I am away, my family needs to call me for OTP

@ZEE5India Do u have no plans to fix the logging out issue in Zee5 app. I am a software developer and if it was considered a bug and it would have been P1 and would have been resolved in a day or 2
I think u guys are taking advantage of the situation and have no plans to fix this

Why I am seeing 8 ads for just watching a highlight in Zee5 even though I have taken the subscription🥴
Also every time I open zee5 I am asked to login again. It's really frustrating and difficult to watch the matches on TV for my family when I am not home.
