Since 10/4 I’ve had 4 outages and 12 maintenance windows. For the outages why do I have to call to receive a credit to my bill? Why doesn’t this happen automatically? The technology is certainly there for this to happen. I shouldn’t have to ask for a refund!

@Ask_Spectrum I’ve have been trying to get an issue resolved with a cable that has been going from my yard to my neighbor’s yard for YEARS (since 2019)!!! I couldn’t get any of the cable/Internet providers to take ownership. On 4/17 there’s a cable cut. Spectrum is the owner.

@Ask_Spectrum 2/2 - Since 4/17 I have been getting the run around from Spectrum. The ticket has been escalated at least 3X but no resolution! The cable has not been buried properly by the Construction Team. PLEASE HELP!!! Please DM me for more details.
