3/ 19 Apr: I formally email to cancel and request refund to the original payment source. 20 Apr morning: They "apologise" and confirm cancellation will be processed in 24–48 hrs.

4/ I push back. Their response? "Sorry, the order was already dispatched. Refund will only be initiated once the product is returned to our facility and quality checked."

@SEBI_India @nsitharamanoffc I would request you not to allow this kind apps to be used where users money is deducted via e mandate without any email notification or message . This clearly a loophole that needs to be fixed ASAP else many would face the same issue.

@UnivestIN Your subscriptions has to done using mandates . As a new user o was just checking the app had to mandate Rs 1 on 28th Feb 2026 and all of a sudden the same mandate initiated a sum of Rs 5999 without my consent or any notification received by email . @SEBI_India
