Buddhism is making inroad into the Dayak community of Indonesia, a community that's mostly 60% Christian and 30+% Muslim worldwide.

"About 5,000 Buddhists of the Dayak Halong Tribe are scattered in nine villages in Halong District. However, in various corners of the village there are still many people who are not registered and do not have an adequate place of worship."

Theravadin Buddhists are making inroad attempts in many parts of Indonesia. Just look at how remote this place is on 2nd image (red highlighted area).

Most likely Indonesian Buddhists are attempting to build more temples and centres in the remote villages.

It is especially remarkably seeing that neighboring Malaysia also has larger Dayak community (2.1 mil vs 1.9 mil) but Malaysian Buddhist has never attempted to conduct missionary work among the indigenous people (despite having larger resources).

In missionary zeal, Indonesian Buddhism is definitely the future and role model.

Heimskringla adalah buku berisi 16 kisah kepahlawanan dan sejarah raja-raja Norwegia kuno (termasuk viking), mulai dari masa prasejarah hingga era abad pertengahan.

Transkrip tersebut ditulis pada tahun 1230 oleh Snorri Sturluson.

Sementara versi 1594 yang dibeli Haaland merupakan buku sejarah cetak pertama yang diterbitkan di Norwegia. Sebelumnya, kisah-kisah ini bertahan sebagian besar melalui tradisi lisan dan manuskrip.
