The WGA and SAG strike has people wondering what musicians can do to get organized -- and whether or not a musicians' strike is possible. We have before, and we definitely can again! There’s just a lot of work we need to do first. 🧵
The last few years I haven't been able to play drums much, but my real problem is that I can't play piano and drums at the same time live in my new band.
Please, oh please, be my new indie rock drummer. I have demos and a plan. I just need someone to bring the beats. 🥁🖤
Still searching for the indie rock drummer of my dreams (because I can't play 3 instruments at once live, and I refuse to play to a backing track).
Chicagoland area, 21+, responsible, etc, rehearsals on the North Side. Slide into my DMs if you are one or know one! 🙏🏻🖤
Do I know anyone - musicians, educators, theater companies, religious groups - interested in a 1935 Wurlitzer baby grand piano (black)? I'm already inheriting a piano, so I can't take it, but it was completely restrung in 1995 and is still in good condition. Free to a good home.
Also, my new band still needs an indie rock drummer so we can play live. Who's got a hook up? Who's looking for a cool project? Help! (I'll give you a pudding.)
Okay, seriously though, I'm looking for an indie rock drummer and a lead guitar / utility player for the new band. If you are one or know one, please inquire within. 🖤
Chicago or driving distance.
Grown-ups only.
No funny business. 🙃
The late Scott Weiland’s solo debut, 12 Bar Blues, turns 25 today.

7 years ago I had tickets to see @museband, but my grandfather died and I had to sell them. I had high expectations after waiting all this time to see them.
Well, expectations met and far exceeded. Jeezy Creezy. They blew my mind tonight + made harmonica sexy. Thanks. I needed that.
