I ordered a Green Soul Monster Ultimate Chair nearly 4 weeks ago, and my replacement is still delayed until 27 July. Meanwhile, the same chair is in stock and a new order is eligible for 1-day delivery.

If Amazon can deliver a new order tomorrow, why is a replacement taking weeks? A replacement shouldn't be slower than a fresh purchase. Despite multiple calls and emails, I keep receiving only generic responses with no real explanation.
