@ZoranTheWizard I will add: If you're intention is to go the NOX route, and potentially leave Windows/adobe/etc; Mint Cinnamon is the distro for the job. You can introduce yourself to the more abstract parts of the linux environment when comfortable, knowing the GUI is there if you need it.

@ZoranTheWizard Linux Mint Cinnamon Edition is pretty much plug-n-play these days. Feels a lot like a modern Windows XP. Depending on how specific your needs are you will still need to learn how to use the console, but for everyday use its very user friendly.
