Another fun fact about the Italian version of the Kirby anime, we had Marco Balzarotti, voice of Batman (basically our own Kevin Conroy) voicing Metaknight and it was pretty much what you'd expect!
Work has been kinda slower last week, I've been having some tough days, but the map I'm working on is basically only missing the fifth mission, after that I can move on to the next two levels, the final two collect-a-thon levels of the project.
@f4micom I go to a local comic book store where the owner has this cabinet that's sitting there without being plugged in, I asked him about it and he told me that basically you need a permit to have it on as it's considered gambling pretty much like slot machines. Yeah, it's dumb.

Work on the current map has been good despite being a bit stressful, I can feel the burnout a bit in designing this level, but it's almost complete. As I said before, turns out designing a boat level isn't easy!

I think it’s pretty funny how there’s plenty of people who only wait for YouTube updates and don’t keep up with my dev logs here, so they basically think that I rise from the grave every time I upload a YouTube video (and this new video was the first upload since almost a year)
3)had to rework the type of obstacle that would get disabled for you to access the "reward" since the existing bars wouldn't work with 3d floors, that meant going all the way back to the code for both the switch and the failsafe and adapting it
When people wonder why this project is taking so long, I just spent two hours refining a single time trial switch because 1) it would conflict with an existing timetrial in the level so there'd need to be a failsafe to avoid starting both at once 2) handle the reset on level exit

I've been working on a new map which is giving me quite the headache, don't feel comfortable publishing pics yet cause i'm not sure about it and might axe it completely for a plan B map, more to come.
Finished Metroid Prime 4 earlier and I don't think I wanna play it again, unfortunately it's incredibly linear and the backtracking feels artificial, the desert area is just a gimmick duct taped together, and there's a lot of sections that just did not hit that Prime feeling.
