My name is Paul, I’ve never worked as a Therapist but I used to hook up with one who gave me scabies and then I gave it to my entire family and my poor dog.
My ex-girlfriend Anna worked as a massage therapist. She has always been passionate about her job, but she has also always been at risk of catching things from close contact with clients.
One month, she started itching like crazy. She had been working non-stop and she thought it was just dry skin from washing her hands and using lotion all day. She had tried regular lotion, but it didn't help. The itching got worse at night, and she had small red bumps between her fingers and on her wrists.
I’m at the gym and there’s this 19-year-old girl quietly working out on the squat rack.
She’s minding her own business, phone in hand, sets on point. So, this old guy in his late 50s (trying way too hard with a fluorescent tank top and backward cap) wanders over to “correct her form.”
He gets uncomfortably close, hands on hips, clearly leaning in to touch her shoulders.he kept finding reason to step closer everytime she started another set.
I bought a used car for $3,200, and the seller begged me not to tell anyone what he had done.
At first, I thought he was hiding something wrong with the car.
I was about to discover that the real problem had nothing to do with the engine.
I’d been saving for almost a year because I was tired of depending on rides to get to work.
that was how I also destroyed the windscreen of my boyfriend's car last week when I noticed he was entertaining other talking stage when he had me in his life
He is still in my dm pleading for a second chance 🙄
Sarah and I worked in the same department, but there was one thing she couldn’t accept: I earned more money than her.
One afternoon, she went straight to HR and complained.
“Why is Abu Jawad earning more than me when we have the same job title?” she demanded.
The HR manager explained that salaries were based on experience, performance, and individual contracts. Sarah wasn’t satisfied.
A few days later, HR invited both of us to a meeting.
I nearly got scammed out of $1,700 because I thought my manager was helping me get a promotion.
It happened on a Tuesday afternoon. I was at work when I received a WhatsApp message from my manager.
Manager: “Congratulations. Your promotion has been approved. I’ll send you the details shortly.”
Me: “Thank you, sir. I really appreciate it.”
A few minutes later, he sent another message.
Manager: “Send me your full name, department, staff ID, and other details. HR needs them to prepare your promotion letter.”
I sent the details he requested.
Then he asked for $1,700.
Manager: “You need to pay the promotion processing fee. Once the payment is confirmed, your letter will be released.”
Me: “Sir, why do I have to pay $1,700 for a promotion?”
Manager: “It's an administrative requirement. The company will reimburse you after your promotion takes effect.”
I wasn't comfortable with the request, but I had been waiting for this promotion for a long time.
Manager: “Please make the payment today. I don't want you to miss this opportunity.”
I started thinking about where to borrow the money. Before doing anything, I decided to call him.
He answered.
Me: “Good afternoon, sir. I received your message about the promotion fee.”
Manager: “What promotion fee?”
Me: “The $1,700 you asked me to pay.”
Manager: “I haven't asked you to pay anything. What are you talking about?”
I explained everything to him.
Manager: “My WhatsApp account has been hacked. Don't send any money to anybody. I haven't sent those messages.”
I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
Someone had hacked my manager's WhatsApp account, collected my personal details, and was trying to take $1,700 from me.
I contacted HR, and they confirmed that promotion processing was free.
I reported the account and blocked it.
I nearly borrowed $1,700 to pay someone who was pretending to be my manager.
A delivery driver waited three hours in our lobby because the parcel said "CEO signature only."
I was working from the lobby sofa that morning because the wifi upstairs was down, so I watched all of it.
Our receptionist offered to sign three times. Each time, he held the parcel to his chest and said, "It says CEO."
By hour two, people from the third floor were coming down to look at him. Someone brought him a coffee, and he took it without putting the parcel down.
At 12:40, the lift opened and the CEO walked out. The driver stood up and said...
**Part 2 (reply)**
"Badge, please."
The CEO showed it. The driver compared the photo with his face for a full ten seconds.
Then he said, "Three hours. That's 14 other parcels I couldn't deliver."

The first Tuesday, a warm apple pie appeared on Mr. Hargrove's porch. A small white pawn sat on top.
He was 83 and hadn't spoken to a neighbor in years. He called the police. They found nothing.
Second Tuesday: bread. Another pawn.
On the fourth Tuesday, he caught her. A young woman, holding a pot of stew.
"Why me?" he asked.
"My father lived alone. He died three winters ago." She looked at the pawn in his hand. "I found an unfinished chess game on his table. On the back of the board was your name and address."
