PHYSICALLY

If you’re completely out of shape, start simple:

10,000 steps every day.
Bodyweight exercises 3 days a week.

If you already train, stop going through the motions.

Push yourself to another level.

Train hard. Get stronger. Stop being a bitch.

Your family deserves a man physically capable of protecting them.

FINANCIALLY

Build a damn budget.

Know where every dollar is going.

Set up an automatic investment plan. I don’t care if it’s $10, $100, or $1,000. Build the habit.

Then cut the financial fat.

Unused memberships.
Subscriptions.
Excess spending.
Expensive shit you don’t need.

If you have two expensive cars and they’re crushing your cash flow, go down to one.

Then INVEST THE GAP.

Don’t increase your lifestyle. Increase your assets.

Get off OnlyFans. You’re a grown-ass man.

Remove sloppy, undisciplined men from your inner circle.

We were taught a financial system that keeps most people dependent.

Go to school.
Get a job.
Trade your time for money.
Deposit that money in a bank.
Build a credit score.
Borrow against your future income.
Buy things you can’t afford today.
Pay interest for years.
Then save whatever is left.

Meanwhile, the financial system compounds around you.

We need to teach our kids a different system.

Earn active income but don’t stop there.

CASH FLOW:
Take the first 10% of your income and begin building cash flow outside of your labor. The goal is simple: eventually, your money works even when you don’t.

APPRECIATION:
After your non-negotiable living expenses are covered, consistently acquire assets designed to outpace inflation and currency devaluation over time.

PROTECTION:
When those assets produce profits, take some risk off the table. Build protection and liquidity through things like cash-value life insurance, silver, gold, Bitcoin, and other assets appropriate for your plan.
