To continue my load of seafood and frozen Daiquiri I grilled monkfish shish kebabs last night and made frozen pina coladas. Making this the August of Bates. An August of going to bed entirely too full and slightly drunk on daiquiris.
Ate a shitload of local seafood while sitting on the beach, then tacos and frozen margaritas next to the sea, got some monkfish to marinate and grill tomorrow, and a new sweatshirt with a big crab on the front today. Essentially ideal day out. I’m living my best 5 yr old life.
@LilyWaite_ We pour pure co2 at roughly 28psi/2 bar, mix you could probably get away with a bit under that. Depends if it’s direct draw or flash chiller and how far your lines are away as well.
