Big ol’ pot of Hoppin’ John tonight best as I could make it in the UK, this after I shredded the smoked pork hock that’s been cooking all day . No cornbread sadly as I couldn’t find any good cornmeal. Bout to put this on some rice with some hot sauce and hope fortune finds me.

Ate a shitload of local seafood while sitting on the beach, then tacos and frozen margaritas next to the sea, got some monkfish to marinate and grill tomorrow, and a new sweatshirt with a big crab on the front today. Essentially ideal day out. I’m living my best 5 yr old life.

@LilyWaite_ We pour pure co2 at roughly 28psi/2 bar, mix you could probably get away with a bit under that. Depends if it’s direct draw or flash chiller and how far your lines are away as well.
