More usage of what? Per session? Per week? It does not say. The 20x only applies to the 5 hour window. The weekly limit is what actually cuts you off and it has no multiplier at all. None of that is on this page.

It seems that Gemini 3.7 Flash can be used to rig and animate 3d models in Blender.

I imported a model and asked it to add the armature and /loop until it got a good looking walk cycle.

It was also able to do some texture painting to fix some coloring issues.
