Naoki Hamaguchi says FF7 Revelation will have an option at a certain point in the game to automatically raise your characters level to to recommended level to progress for those that only want to play the main story.

He says he got a lot of feedback from players only wanting to play the main story in Rebirth and skip the side content, that they were under leveled and struggled.

He says he wants players who want to skip the open-world experience to have a similar linear story driven experience to FF7 Remake so they will include an option that pops up at a certain point asking "Do you want to automatically raise the level to the recommended level?"

He says players that don't want to explore the open world and just want to play the main story can select the option to automatically adjust the level.

Why is Final Fantasy seven removing hard mode? I already didn’t like that it was locked behind beating the game first the optional accessibility stuff is OK as long as it’s not like wolverine if I turn it off, I actually want it to be off.

@r0nnieverse KH one is my favorite in the franchise, but it is really stiff. Not to mention attack just drop a lot of of the time but that’s what you get when you play a game that is 24 years old.
