Escapers, we have added to ability to fire underbarrel grenade launchers repeatedly with no reload animation required.

This change is to reduce the hardcore aspect of the 0.16.9 patch.

New balancing changes to the Hardcore Wipe mechanics in #EscapefromTarkov:

● Previously available in-game tasks from Peacekeeper have been locked;
● LL2 for Peacekeeper has been removed;
● Any player who earned quest rewards will have EXP and items revoked from their account.
