@ATT I don't have an account and I am trying to report a down wire that leads into a box marked AT&T. I called the number on your site for downed wires and have been on hold almost an hour. Not making this easy for me.

@ATTHelp You're missing the point. It shouldn't take more than an hour and a half to simply report a downed wire. That number did not send me to your specialists. It routed me through your regular system and made me talk to a guy in tech support.
