We underestimate just how much we forgot the plot with NFTs The idea is to turn these "projects" into thriving businesses Ones that have a healthy relationship with their consumer Not a parasitic, toxic, extractive relationship That applies to both sides... Speculation should be the side effect of a healthy business model Your consumer should not seek to extract value, nor should the business The goal is to provide intrinsic value through experiences, products, and community that people actually want to be part of Not because the line goes up But because the value is real Web3 gave us the infrastructure to align incentives Instead, we used it to misalign them faster The brands that survive this cycle? They'll be the ones who remembered they're building for people Not exit liquidity... Most projects are optimizing for mint day The smart ones are optimizing for year three Fix the relationship, fix the business Ignore it, and you're just another project that came and went
