@Scrumpy222 Management know what they’re doing but if they’re returning most of the proceeds they must be confident it matches the current share price with the rest in for free?
Good news for GDWN holders this morning but I’m still unsure why they’re selling the crown jewel of the business. Will the proceeds be returned to shareholders and what is this worth. A few unknowns but management seem to know what they’re doing. Any thoughts from holders?
SAA continues to climb. 150p on the offer now. Most companies in the sector seem to be seeing improvements in their trading so fingers crossed for the next update. Also a chance they will sell a division.

DIAL is up 75% YTD and GTC is up 65%
My only poor performing stock is PEEL which is down 20% but I’m still optimistic about their prospects and I’ve banked almost a 5% dividend. Also optimistic on TMG TRB

Proposed sale of Searches UK Limited
NAH is pleased to announce that it has reached a binding conditional agreement to sell its non-core, wholly-owned subsidiary, Searches UK for an enterprise value ("EV") of £1,234,000 on a cash and debt-free basis
Legendary US country singer Dolly Parton has died.
Her nephew, Bryan Seaver, announced the news in an Instagram post.
She had revealed last week that her health had declined since the death of her husband Carl Dean in 2025.
Parton was 80 years old.
MSI €19.4m contract ✅✅✅
MS INTERNATIONAL plc is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, MSI Defence Systems Limited, based in Norwich, UK, has been awarded a €19.4m contract by a NATO nation to supply three MSI-DS naval gun systems. Delivery end of 27
